Our offered series of Silicone has a coating of silicone glass that is perfect for low or high temperature applications. The fabric has been glazed on single or both sides with silicone. Their dielectric strength, tear & wear resistance, ability to withstand in adverse weather conditions make them an ideal range. The best part of silicone glass fabric is they can be operated within different temperatures. Moreover, silicone coating provide high chemical resistance sue to which it act imperviously towards non-oxidizing agents, lubricating oils & minerals, salts, mild alkalies, air and moisture. They are very much in use in several food handling and pharmaceutical industries due to their odorless and non-toxic qualities.

Silicone Elastomer Coated Glass Fabric

The silicone elastomer is a polymer made up of silicon along with hydrogen, oxygen and carbon. The best feature of silicone elastomer coated glass fabric is they are non-reactive, resistant to extreme temperature from -550C to 3000C & remains stable in adverse environmental conditions. These are developed by consistently applying high temperature silicon elastomer over electrical grade entwined fiberglass. They conduct excellent radiation resistance and also resistance to moisture, fubgus, ozone, corona and chemical attack. The process of developing and moulding them as per the specific application is very easy due to its exceptional properties. Additionally, we also provide customization for the thickness or shape of the silicone elastomer in accordance to clients' requirement.
